Effective January 1, 2023, the Employer agrees to reimburse all regular full-time non-probationary employees up to one hundred and twenty-five dollars ($125) annually for the purchase of Employer approved uniform and work-related items. To be eligible for reimbursement purchases must be pre-approved by the Regional Director or his/her designee, and original receipts must be submitted to the Operations Manager within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of purchase and/or prior to the end of the calendar year.

 (2) short-sleeve polo shirts. These polo shirts can be worn at the employee’s option.
